So today I watched as once again (this happens at least once a week) a car who had put their trash on top of the car (i am assuming they put it on top instead of inside for their own reasons but the dumpster is by the entrance so many people just dump their trash on their way out) and somehow forgot to put it in the dumpster and ended up driving out of the parking lot with the trash still sitting on top. It makes me sad because unless they figured it out that trash will fall off and most likely get hit by another car spreading trash everywhere :(
